Acid free Best Test Paper Cement is made with a specially blended and treated formula which uses pure natural white rubber from the Far East. Unlike multi purpose glues, Best Test does not shrink or wrinkle the paper when adhering them. In addition to school, drafting, and art uses, it's also used for masking for rubber stamping, balloon decoration, stained glass, scrapbooking, leather craft, and more.
